jili7org Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on jili7org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with jili7org — browsing the platform, registering, depositing, playing games, placing sports bets, and withdrawing your funds.

If there is any part of these Terms that you do not agree with, please do not register or use jili7org. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 2. Eligibility

To register and play at jili7org, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jili7org does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity. We actively verify ages and will suspend accounts where underage use is suspected.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. It is your responsibility to determine whether using jili7org is lawful in your location before registering.
• You are not excluded from gaming by any self-exclusion program, court order, or regulatory directive that applies to you.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of jili7org or its affiliate companies.

jili7org reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) jili7org account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses obtained through multiple registrations.

When registering with jili7org, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or mobile number, and a valid payment method.
• Keep your account information up to date. If your contact details or payment information changes, update your profile promptly.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. jili7org will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you personally authorized it.

jili7org may require you to verify your identity at any point. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

jili7org accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to two hours depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• jili7org does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jili7org reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate payment source registered to the account holder.

All financial transactions at jili7org are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Your payment details are never stored on jili7org servers in a form that could be retrieved or misused.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in the same name as your jili7org account. jili7org does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya — approximately 15 minutes; InstaPay and bank transfers — 30 minutes to 4 hours during normal business hours.
• VIP members receive priority processing. Gold tier members receive same-day transfers; Diamond tier members receive near-instant processing 24 hours a day.
• jili7org does not charge withdrawal fees for standard Philippine payment methods. Bank charges imposed by your receiving bank are your responsibility.
• jili7org may conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This is for your security and is standard practice.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jili7org regularly offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount that must be bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless otherwise specified. Activating a new bonus while another is pending will forfeit the pending bonus.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories. Placing bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: Placing bets above ₱500 per round while using bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided. This rule is in place to prevent bonus abuse.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly — they must be wagered first.

jili7org reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who attempt to abuse bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jili7org — including Tongits, Color Game, Roulette, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet or joining a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All game outcomes on jili7org are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited for fairness. No outcome is predetermined or manipulable by jili7org or any player.
• The house edge for each game is disclosed in the game information panel. Players should be aware that the house edge means the platform retains a statistical advantage over the long term.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection before a result is confirmed — jili7org's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a result cannot be verified, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided and the account suspended.
• Collusion between players at multiplayer tables — including Tongits — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings from affected sessions.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at jili7org, including football betting, virtual sports, and any other wagering markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before you confirm — jili7org is not responsible for price movements between your selection and your confirmation.
• Abandoned and postponed matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time has been played (typically 90 minutes for football), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Postponed matches where a new date is not set within 48 hours will also be voided.
• In-play betting: All live bets are subject to the in-play odds at the time the bet is accepted. jili7org may temporarily suspend in-play markets following goals, red cards, or other major events to recalibrate odds. Bets placed moments before suspension will stand if already confirmed by the system.
• Accumulators: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the void leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout on any single sports bet or accumulator is ₱500,000 unless otherwise communicated. Bets that would otherwise exceed this limit will be reduced to the maximum at the time of placement.
• jili7org reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where the integrity of the event is compromised.

9. VIP Club & Refer a Friend

VIP Club: jili7org's VIP program operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier eligibility is determined by cumulative wagering activity and is reviewed on a monthly basis. Benefits vary by tier and are described in full on the VIP Club page. jili7org reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and program structure at any time. VIP status is not transferable between accounts.

Refer a Friend: Registered jili7org players may refer new players using their unique referral link. Referral rewards are paid when the referred player completes registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. The referring player must maintain an active, verified account in good standing to receive referral rewards. Attempts to self-refer, create fake accounts for referral purposes, or otherwise game the referral system will result in all referral earnings being voided and the account being suspended. Referral commission rates and terms are stated on the Refer a Friend page and may be updated from time to time.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jili7org and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false identity information or using stolen payment details
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of illegal activity through jili7org deposits and withdrawals
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets at incorrect prices
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using jili7org bonus funds
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jili7org staff or other players
• Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in dealings with jili7org

11. Account Suspension & Closure

jili7org reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected
• Account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or other illegal behavior
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Regulatory requirements demand account restriction or closure
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts will be notified by email before closure)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests will be held until the investigation is concluded. Where a violation is confirmed, jili7org may forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact jili7org support. Any available balance after deducting pending wagering requirements will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

jili7org collects and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy. By registering with jili7org, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

• Your personal data is used solely to operate and improve your jili7org account, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• jili7org uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Personal and financial data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data jili7org holds about you and to request corrections to inaccurate information.
• Account closure requests include the option to request data deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit.

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside our reasonable control
• Loss of internet connectivity on the player's side
• Delays in third-party payment processing beyond jili7org's control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Changes to the odds, markets, or game availability made in accordance with these Terms

In no event shall jili7org's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, except where required by applicable Philippine law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes between you and jili7org that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority.

By registering with jili7org, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform. jili7org operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with relevant regulatory bodies.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jili7org reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili7org will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Display a notification on the jili7org platform for a minimum of 14 days after the update
• Send an email or in-platform notification to all registered players summarizing the key changes

Your continued use of jili7org after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the effective date and contact support to withdraw any available balance.
